NWE Management Company is Rapid City’s largest independent real estate management company which has operated in western South Dakota for over 30 years. NWE Management Company owns and/or manages over 1200 residential units and over 450,000 SF of commercial properties in South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona and California. Among these are two parcels in the heart of metro Denver, a well located retail center in Omaha Nebraska, and property in the platinum triangle of Beverly Hills California.
Our primary focus is managing and maintaining our tenant base, keeping the properties well maintained and meeting the owner’s objectives. We have experience dealing with a wide range of tenants, including national credit tenants, regional and local small businesses. We will provide management along with comprehensive and competitive leasing services for your properties.
Our Real Estate Management team is well supported in needed accounting functions, with 2 CPA’s on staff and 4 accounting staff members that provide various levels of service to our tenants and owners. We are also well experienced in providing financial and loan compliance reporting for conduit loan applications. Northwestern Engineering Company and its subsidiaries, including NWE Management Company are audited each year by an independent CPA and our results are filed with Dun & Bradstreet. We have maintained a 4A2 rating for at least the past 10 years.
Our comprehensive leasing services include marketing, accounting, risk management, legal research, government regulation consulting, and an in-house property maintenance department, all at a competitive price.
